Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong Arabic and English language skills, who is passionate about e-commerce and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Regularly update and manage product listings on www.addtocart.ae and www.ggo.ae, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with our customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Business Customer Coordination: Share business customer details with our in-house business team to facilitate follow-ups and increase sales from business users.
• Social Media Oversight: Review and manage our social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with our audience.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on website performance and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Nationality : All Nationalities Welcome
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic; English skills are preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
